BioCamp
What is BioCamp?
The Novartis Biotechnology Leadership Camp (BioCamp) is a pioneering seminar that brings the biotechnology sector closer to talented young university graduates. BioCamp has been sponsored annually by several Novartis affiliates since 2004, and this year marks the second time that Novartis will organize a BioCamp in Egypt. It will be held from July 29-31, 2009 in Cairo, Egypt
BioCamp is open to graduate university students in the natural sciences and business administration. At the seminar, 25 selected students will have the opportunity to learn from leading biotech experts, interact with professionals and work together with other students.
The students will also be able to explore career opportunities and network with global leaders in the biotechnology sector. The event will be held in English.
Two students from the Egyptian BioCamp will be selected to participate at the global Novartis BioCamp which will be held later in October of this year in the USA.
Admission to BioCamp 2009 is competitive, based in large part on academic excellence and professional focus.
